Welcome to our listing for Plas Bach, a charming self contained open plan one bedroom garden annexe set in a quiet corner of the garden of our home in North Wales. We are less than 5 minutes walk to the vibrant Prestatyn high street. 15 mins drive to Glan Clywd Hospital. Bus and train links are a 5 min walk.
The weekly price quoted is for Monday to Friday stays only with a clean included at the weekend.

The accommodation consists of a living room/kitchen, one double bed and a shower room en-suite along with an outdoor garden patio seating area.
The open plan living room has a comfortable 2 seater sofa, dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette for self catering. This includes a fridge with small freezer section, microwave, oven with hob, air fryer, kettle and toaster. There is access to separate washing facilities.
For entertainment we have a a 40” smart TV, Alexa and free WiFi.

The bedroom area is open plan with a double bed, dressing table cabinet with full length mirror and a clothes hanging rail. A hairdryer and clothes steamer is provided. The en suite shower room includes toilet, walk in shower and wash basin.
Bath/hand towels, hand soap, shower gel and shampoo are ready to use.

French doors at the front of the annexe open and 2 steps will lead onto a slightly raised lawned garden with your own separate patio area. The garden area has comfortable rattan seating and flowering plants with a bird bath and feeder. The garden is a fabulous addition to enjoy sunny days and evening sunsets.

The accommodation price is 1 guest. We may consider a couple for an additional supplement.
Unfortunately we do not allow dogs or pets due to allergies I’m afraid.
Smoking or vaping is strictly not permitted inside the garden annexe.

Our wonderful town of Prestatyn is less than 5 minutes walk and boasts an array of independent and high street shops, and supermarkets.
Shops include Aldi, Tesco, M&S, TK Max, Next and Costa.
Italian, Chinese, Indian, Thai and pizza restaurants line the high street along with traditional pubs and cafe bars.
We have the beautiful award winning sandy Barkby Beach and the end of the Offas Dyke path is just a 15 minute walk from us on Prestatyn sea front. Along the North Wales coast, Rhyl is 15 minutes in the car, 35 minutes to Llandudno and 45 minutes to Conwy. The historical city of Chester, Chester Zoo and Cheshire Oaks shopping are accessible 40 minutes away too so something for everyone.
Bus and trains are only 5-10 minutes on foot from Plas Bach Annexe if you prefer not to drive.

Access to Plas Bach garden annexe is alongside our house and up the path to the back garden. There a few steps on the path. Access is by Keysafe next to the annexe and car parking is on the quiet road outside.
Please note this annexe is currently under construction will be ready to view end of July. We are registering interest now for 31st August onwards Monday to Friday stays only. Would suit doctor / registrar or a trade contractor midweek stays who require independent living and garden access.
