A lovely quirky room in a cottage with lecturer who commutes for work to London during the term time. So would be best suited for someone who is a postgradaute at Bangor University, who also has a car. The cottage is in the foothills of Snowdonia in Tregarth, whre there are lots of lovely walks in nature, as well as easy access to Bangor that is 10 minutes away.

Looking for someone who is easy company and preferably studying so they are focused and not necessarily wanting to have lots of sociable activites at the house.

Someone who does like a nice chat about the world, some shared food at times, but also is self-sufficient. They would also need to like animals as I have two cats Owl and Magpie.

Someone who may also just want 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, is fine, from September.

When I am away if they may be willing to feed the cats in exchange for the house to themselves that would be wonderful :).
