Since the video the entire downstairs has been re-tiled, and there is very recent all new carpet in the halls, stairs and landings and all but two rooms. So you can ignore the carpet in the (video) of the common areas as it has all been recently renewed. The lounge layout is also different.

This is a very nice and brand newly refurbished Victorian 3-storey, 7-bed, 4 bath Victorian House (3 shared bathrooms and an en-suite). Last ENSUITE AND ANOTHER DOUBLE is available from 6 January 2026.

At the lower end of the high street in Menai Bridge (by the fire station), it is conveniently located next to great amenities including across the car park (GP surgery and Pharmacy). The bus stop is literally just 23 steps outside the front door on the other side of the street. There are many local amenities nearby, including Waitrose, Petrol Station, Salons, Osteopathic and Massage Clinic (next door), Pizza, Indian, Chinese, Kebab and Dylan's restaurant shop; there are at least three more cafes, a sandwich deli, post office, local newspaper and food shop, two estate agents, a charity shop, clothes shops, a chocolate shop and more.

This is a NO SMOKING household that is fully furnished with very comfortable double and single beds, desks in each room, along with wardrobes, and bedside tables..

With fast free and unlimited wi-fi there is off road private parking for 6 cars. (back of the house).

A very large shared kitchen with table and chairs, has a gas cooker, fridge/freezer, two other fridge/freezers in the lounge, great washing machine in the kitchen, along with a table for socialising there.

The last remaining ENSUITE room is £750 00 per calendar month (ONE PERSON), with all common area bills included!! The only bill you pay is for the electric in the room (takes £2 coins). Tenants like this because there is no sharing and the only bill the tenant pays is largely under the control of the tenant (eg if careful usage, less electric bill).
