Towels and Bedding (duvet, pillows, linen) is optional extra, which we can discuss when viewing.

Please note: There is a ball-loving border collie and 4 short-haired cats, so I am looking for someone who is comfortable with them being free roaming in the house and garden.

Already have a female lodger (young professional) in the second bedroom upstairs.

I work from home in software development. I enjoy cooking (and am happy to cook meals together if we agree on a food budget).
On weekends, I'm normally away on a hiking adventure together with my dog, in my campervan.
