I have a lovely spare double room available in my 3-bedroom home. The house is quiet and friendly, with shared use of the kitchen/diner, bathroom, washing machine, broadband, and on-road parking.

The location is great — close to amenities and public transport. The beach is nearby, with a Co-op and gym just a few minutes’ walk away. If you enjoy the outdoors, the Carneddau hills are a short drive for walks and hikes, and Snowdon is around 35 minutes away.

I work from home Monday to Friday as an online lecturer, a mental health & wellbeing practitioner, and a writer. I keep my home clean and tidy, and enjoy hiking, cooking, writing, gardening, and keeping fit. I live with my shy black cat 🐾, so you’ll need to be comfortable around cats.

This isn’t a full house share – more of a peaceful, homely place to stay with access to all the essentials.

I’m looking for a female renter with regular income, a non-smoker, someone with no pets. Please note: the room / my home is not suitable for working from home.
