I am looking for a house mate to share my mid-terrace home (3 storeys).

The house has four bedrooms, of which I want to find a housemate for one. The others are my room, guest room, study, gym.

The small garden has a table & chairs, evolving beds and a meadow and a fire pit.

The kitchen and living room are semi-open plan with a breakfast bar.

There is a separate toilet to the bathroom. I am currently renovating the second bathroom - timeline undetermined.

There is ample on-street parking.
I have a small cycle shed and we can see how to squeeze your bicycle in.

I’m not fussed about duration of contract, but am not looking for someone for just a few days.

I don't want to spend excessive time online and therefore do not have WiFi at home. Mobile phone reception is fine. I do not have a TV and don't want one in shared areas.

Heating: I prefer a cool house - better sleep and exercise. Heat rises - I am offering the house mate a room on the top floor.

I like a peaceful and mostly quiet house.
I am environmentally conscious and try to use water, electricity and gas sparingly - and hope my house mate does too.

I am active, like being outdoors; intellectual, cultural and art activities. I like home cooked food and am open to socialising with shared meals on occasion.
