The price is great 👍 The house is super new, super big, 130m2, with a huge balcony, amazing view, council tax included!!!

Flat facilities:24 hours front desk service, kind front desk staff (superb to help me solve a lot of problems!), all-round security. , All round security. Triple gated, card required for lifts. Supermarket downstairs, Tesco just a 2 minute walk away, and complementary gym and pool!

The other two rooms were filled with female students in grad school with very nice and welcoming personalities who would join everyone in the living room for midnight nightly chats.
