Join a friendly and loving group of Kiwis in a five-bedroom home one block away from Highbury Park for the summer!

The room is on the top floor of a historical London home on a lovely tree-lined street. Enjoy a living and coworking space and a shared bathroom with one other person. The room comes with a queen size bed, a working desk, and a comfortable couch to read or watch TV in. It also gets incredible sunlight throughout the day, you don't even have to turn on the overhead lights until the afternoon!

The house has a lovely shared kitchen space, a backyard, as well as a lounge for you to take advantage of!

Looking for someone kind and respectful hopefully for the whole month of June, but am flexible.

I am an American writer (F, 30s) who has loved living in this space this year. I am traveling to see family the month of June and hoping to find someone to care for the space and the plants when I am gone!

The neighborhood is absolutely amazing, buzzing with restaurants and people in their 30s. It is a six minute walk from the tube and the overground, we are located in zone 2 but we are one stop away from Kings Cross and 15 minutes away from Oxford Circus.

The house has been such a kind and welcoming space to come home to. The rest of the house is Kiwis who are also on visas. They are extremely friendly and just looking for someone who is easy to hang around in the common space and says hello when you pass by. They enjoy watching movies or sports together and having pints at the pub or sunbathing in Highbury Fields down the block from us!

Rental requirements:
Looking for someone who can stay for the majority of the month and pay a $500 security deposit and rent before the sublet begins, which would be June 5. I can be flexible and have it begin June 1st

The kiwis hope to find someone considerate of a shared space and sociable in the common areas!
