We have a lovely bright double room in our house - only a few minutes walk from Balham tube and train station. The room has plenty of space for a desk, if needed for working from home. Plus we have a sizeable and quiet back garden.

The deposit is £835. Bills are £150 per month including full Sky Q TV with Sky Cinema, Sky Sports, TNT Sports, Netflix, Disney+, fibre internet, council tax (Band D) etc. and a cleaner.

The room is available from 12th September; and a standard referencing check will be required by the landlord.

The house is located very close to the centre of Balham, approx. 3 minute walk to Balham National Rail and Tube station (Zone 3 Northern Line), which is well connected to Clapham Junction, Victoria and West & South London on the Overground and Central London.

Also, within walking distance of a number of great pubs and restaurants on the high street, a leisure centre/gym, as well as a large Sainsbury's, Aldi and Waitrose and the green spaces of Tooting Bec are a few minutes walk away.

It has a large communal living room, upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet and a large garden, which is great for BBQs in the summer.

Everyone gets along very well and it is a chilled house. There is plenty of room for your own space, and whilst people do our own thing we also like to socialise together and have a laugh, whether that be watching TV/football together of an evening or going to the pub etc. Everyone is clean, tidy and respectful. We are ideally looking for someone similar who wants to join in as a housemate, not just to use it is a living space.
