Hi there!

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join us in our lovely home. Ideally, we’d love to welcome a flatmate between 25 and 50 years old. We are looking for a professional person: The room is AVAILABLE 3/4 days a WEEK from 1st June.

The available room is furnished and part of a 3-bedroom house with:

1 shared bathroom
A spacious kitchen
A comfortable lounge
And a cozy garden
Rent is £600/month, all bills included.

The house is just a short walk from Kennington and Oval stations, with excellent bus connections to Central London (routes: 12, 35, 36, 40, 45, 68, 148, 171, 176, 185, 436, 468). We’re also just 6 minutes away from Tesco, Iceland, Morrisons, Lidl, Sainsbury’s, and a 24-hour gym.

We’re 2 Spanish guys in our thirties and forties, both working full-time. We’re looking for a professional, open-minded, clean, respectful, and friendly guy to share our space.

Keeping the flat clean and tidy, especially the shared areas, it is really important to us. If that’s not something you value, we might not be the best match..
