Looking for someone to take over my Unite Students Tenancy from April but i am super flexible with this as will not be in London - can do earlier/later. Rent is £254 per week officially but I am willing to negotiate lower if you are the right person and timing work! Available until september which is when the tenancy ends. Perfect for summer internships! Happy to work out exact dates if needed. 5 min walk to Victoria line and National rail to Stratford and Liverpool Street. You MUST be a student for this property. Room is really nice and airy, good bathroom and big shared kitchen. Happy to provide any more photos as needed. Ask any questions, and am happy to leave some of the extra furniture and decor too :)
