This spacious single room would be suitable for a female who would be sharing with us as the homeowners. 



Our house is located in the Walthamstow village borders area.
The bedroom overlooks the garden so it is nice and quiet. The room comes fully furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, bedside table, and a desk and chair.

Price includes all bills plus internet.
The house is in a quiet road and is also near to the shops.

The overground station in Wood Street is less than 10 mins walk (17 mins to Liverpool Street so ideally located for anyone who is working in the city), and a short walk to Walthamstow 'village' with its lovely pubs and restaurants. Walthamstow Central tube station (Victoria Line) is a 15 min walk. The location is also handy for Stratford as there are buses to Stratford/Hackney/Leyton from Whipps Cross roundabout near the end of the street. The house has a large kitchen/diner. There is wifi and all mod cons (dishwasher/washing machine/microwave etc).
