Ally Pally is an amazing park to have so close by and offers lots of walking trails. The flat is also just down the street from a brilliant pub, The Prince. It's between the high streets in both Wood Green and Palmers Green, which have some great restaurants and cafes.

I'm a 29-year-old PhD student with a cat called Julio, and I mostly work from the office. I'd love to live with someone who's up for a chat and the occasional drink down at The Prince.

The room is available until at least April 2027, as my landlord is looking to sell the flat in spring or summer of next year.

Happy to live with students, and the room would be ideal for a couple as it has an ensuite.
