We’re looking for one more girl to join our beautiful 4 bed flat with garden/terrace in Bermondsey from August.

The rent is £1050 plus bills. Bills usually come to around £150 per month and include a cleaner! The deposit is £1075.
The room will be available from the 25th August.

The flat is a 12 min walk from Bermondsey tube station (Jubilee line) and a 7 min walk from South Bermondsey overground. The flat has been fully refurbished and has a terrace/garden, perfect for summer!

The bright, upstairs double room has plenty of built in storage and desk space. You would be sharing a modern, spacious bathroom with one other girl (as the other two flatmates have their own).

Other perks include a dishwasher, washer/dryer and a TV.

Anne (24yrs): Originally from the US and works in public relations. She moved to England in 2021 to study at Durham University. Enjoys football, running, hiking, pub trips, and trying new restaurants with friends!

Jemima (22yrs): originally from Singapore and works in a primary school. She also moved to England in 2021 to study at Durham Uni. Enjoys gym, walking, cooking and socializing with friends and family.

Johanna (23yrs): originally from Germany and works in Transaction Services. Enjoys running, rowing, socializing with friends and trying new food and coffee spots.
