I am going travelling 27th September - 9th November (6 weeks) and so am looking for someone to rent out my room!

About the flat:

You'll be living with my other flatmate (a girl), sharing our bathroom and living area. You're of course welcome to use any of my kitchen equipment and food during the stay! The whole flat has been recently renovated so it's very nice.

Bills are £200 per month in addition to the rent, including council tax, WiFi, gas, water and electricity.

About you:

We would like someone who is very clean, tidy and respectful. As my flatmate is a girl, she would prefer to live with another girl, but other than that very flexible! As it's my room, we would meet beforehand and I could show you the room and how everything works in the flats before I go away.

About the room:

As you can see from the pictures, the room will be completely cleared, and there is a wardrobe and drawers in the desk for clothes. There's a double bed with an Emma mattress. Bonus points if you like playing the piano...!

Re dates, I can be flexible if needed eg if you wanted to move in a few days earlier, or a few days later. I am hoping for someone to rent for at least 4 weeks, however.
