There are usually 3 of us living here - I'm a resident landlord sharing the house with 2 others. It's a quiet, friendly international house with a mix of professionals and postgraduate students at University of London colleges.

Very good transport to the centre. 10 mins to Manor House Zone 2 underground station for Piccadilly Line, 5 mins to Harringay Green Lanes TFL overground, 10 mins to Harringay overground for Moorgate and the City. . Frequent buses 29, 141 and 341 from Green Lanes, 3 minutes’ walk from the house - also great cafes, restaurants, shops and Sainsbury's.

First floor shower room and separate toilet are shared with 1 or 2 others max.

Rent includes share of cost for fortnightly cleaner. You're welcome to share or help take care of the lovely garden.

Weekday rental option (Monday to Friday only) also possible.
