I have a single room available to rent out in a 4-bedroom flat at SW19 6TH in Southfields area. It’s £750 per calendar month. ALL BILLS and most cleaning products are INCLUDED, as well as weekly cleaner lady comes regularly. The deposit is 1 month rent. Strict Non smoker only. No friends allowed to stay over the night for safety and security reason for all flatmate, day time is fine, unless a good reason given plus notify the landlord in advance, a nightly charge might occur.
