Rooms to let in large converted building ( was a pub) with commercial premises ( functioning as a vets on the ground floor). Separate entrance. All rooms are large double bed rooms. 3 separate WCs . Shared use of kitchen , lounge and roof garden area. TV provided in lounge area.
£850 to £900 per room. Preference is for one person/couple to take responsibility for the 3 rooms ,ie. Tenancy contract with one person/couple. If one person/couple takes responsibility for all 3 rooms available then the rent will be reduced to 2400.00 pounds per month.
Although it is stated that I am a live-in landlord, the actual situation is that I am probably only there about 2-3 weeks a year. Thus I keep two of the bedrooms for myself and my wife on the odd occasion that we visit London. The majority of our time is spent in either Italy or South Africa. Thus the persons/persons renting the place essentially pay for part of the accommodation available but have the place to themselves for 95% of the time.
The premises offer a lovely large comfortable space to live-in without any closeby neighbours and very close to the River Thames. Pets will be considered dependent on size, breed and number of animals.
