Hi
I have a good sized single room available from 8th of June in Canada Water SE16 2DN. I’m looking for a reasonably quiet and not too messy GAY MALE preferably a non smoker but if you do smoke then you can do that on the balconies. The room has a storage double bed, tv with Netflix, Disney + access,, shelve unit and wardrobe. The flat has all appliances including dryer and super fast 240GB Virgin internet but we don’t have a separate living room. The flat is on the 5th floor. There are 2 lifts in the building. The rent is £650/ month including all bills and there is a £300 security deposit. I just need an extra £10 time to time to buy cleaning products and toilet paper. We are 5 minutes walk away from Surrey Quays overground station, 10 minutes walk from Canada Water jubilee underground station and 10 minutes walk from Bermondsey jubilee underground station.
