Two bedroom flat to rent in Bromley-by-Bow, myself and my flatmate are planning on moving out of London so we're looking for someone to take on our property.

Location is Bromley-by-Bow which is in zone 2/3 commute is great to the city takes about 30mins to get to central London. District line & Hammersmith and City line are the closest lines (2 mins away) there’s also the DLR which is 5mins away.

We have a 24hr concierge based close to the station. It’s a gated community and we have a gym if you want to sign up to it, which is really cheap (I think it’s like £150 for the year for the whole household).

There’s a Sainsbury’s local open until 11pm (2 min walk) and a big Tesco open until midnight (5min walk).

FYI the flat is unfurnished but I can possibly throw in my sofa for £100 if needed, both rooms have a fitted wardrobe and one might possibly have a desk, as i no longer need it. Also there are plans to have both rooms painted and blinds fitted but this is on hold due to us wanting to move.

It’s a non-smoking indoors house, but it’s a ground floor house so you can smoke in the patio/terrace area.

The flat is two levels, upstairs are the bedrooms and the main bathroom, downstairs is the kitchen/living room and the W/C.

Lots of storage space upstairs has a storage cupboard and downstairs has a spacious pantry.

E-ON energy & Heat (the whole apartment is electric however the heating is provided by E-ON Heat due to it being an agreement for the whole complex rather than a personal one)
