A small double room sharing with 2 women aged 27 and 28 in a private housing estate. We enjoy watching films and tv shows together as well as go for meals, but we also like our own space.
The flat is split across 4 half levels (think "tall and thin") with one bathroom and two toilets. There is a good sized living room, a garden and communal storage facilities. While there isn't space for a desk in the room, the current tenant has a good sized desk in the living space, and both current tenants also work so during the day the living room is quiet and gets lovely sunshine. We can discuss which furniture you want to keep in the room upon viewing.
There are good transport links (northern line, piccadilly lines are botha short walk away), plenty of buses and you can walk to King's Cross, Camden and Angel and Hampstead Heath.
Council tax is around a month £60 and water is included in the bills.
If you are a student you are likely to need a guarantor.
