The flatmates are all lovely professional females and are residing long term. The atmosphere in the home is a chilled one so not suitable if you like parties. Overnight guests are not permitted unless with prior arrangements (females only). We pride in keeping our home clean and tidy and follow a dedicated cleaning rotation.
The initial Lodger Agreement for this room is until August 30th 2026 . A £500 deposit is payable and will be refunded at the end of the tenancy following due process. The monthly rent is £1100 P/M.
