**Room in a characterful Bermondsey warehouse duplex**

Looking for a home with a bit of personality? I have a room available in my warehouse-style duplex in Bermondsey, near Tower Bridge.

Bills are all included.

Set over two floors, the apartment has plenty of character and a distinctive feel. It’s a proper home, somewhere to unwind after work, cook dinner and enjoy living in a great part of London.

You’d be sharing with me, Tom. I’m a professional working in insurance, into fitness, boxing, running, art and getting outdoors. I’m sociable and enjoy a good conversation, but equally appreciate my own space and respect yours.

Has good wifi, full sky, all the packages, sonos system as well.

I’m looking for someone friendly, considerate and tidy who wants somewhere they can feel at home. Ideally, we’ll get on naturally, enjoy the occasional chat or meal together, and both have our own lives.
