Welcome to this architect-renovated Victorian terrace on a peaceful street close to London Fields. This is a creative, light-filled home full of character, shared with two professional women. Ideal for someone looking for a calm, beautiful place to stay in one of East London’s most vibrant areas.

Just a short walk from London Fields park, Broadway Market, and excellent Overground connections, the house is a peaceful, welcoming base to explore Hackney, Dalston and beyond.

The Space
This is a fully furnished double room in a beautifully designed home. The room is quiet, looks out onto the garden, and gets soft natural light throughout the day. There’s a wardrobe with plenty of hangers, a chest of drawers, a bedside table, and high-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi throughout the house.
Bed linens and towels are provided.

You’ll have full access to all the shared areas of the house, including:

- A large open-plan kitchen and 70s-style sunken living room, with a pink cement wall finish and floor-to-ceiling glass walls that open directly onto a lush tropical garden
- A handcrafted Victorian-style bathroom with skylight, large window, and artisanal tiles
- An additional guest toilet downstairs
- The garden, an oasis of calm

Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a woman, ideally an international student or professional, who appreciates a calm, kind and open-minded living environment. This is not a party house, but a space for peaceful co-living, where we each have our independence but can also share a chat or a meal.

The home is shared with myself (an interior designer, property manager, Reiki master and feng shui consultant) and my daughter Carolina, a nurse currently studying midwifery. We’re both friendly, respectful, and love our home. I prefer not to be hosting parties, but it’s a very welcoming place for occasional dinners with friends, of course, and I love to cook. Ideally, I would like to share the house with someone who cares about it and is willing to look after it.

We also live with a gentle rescue dog and a very affectionate cat, they’re part of our family and our daily life. You’ll need to be an animal lover, as they’ll often be around. My son also pops by now and then to say hello or take the dog out for a walk, though he doesn’t live here.

We’re looking for someone grounded and drama-free, who enjoys the comfort of a beautiful space and the ease of living with kind people.

Minimum stay: 1 month. Wi-Fi included. Bills £150

DM if interested, and come for a coffee to chat and to see the house/room.

Love, Sole & Carolina
