I've just moved in a couple months ago and renovated the place to have it available on Air Bnb as I travel overseas for work. I am considering making it available for a short term (length of stay flexible) flatmate to either share the flat, or rent the whole place if I am away.
The flat is gorgeous, quiet and peaceful with high ceilings and is very clean with new furniture, eat in kitchen, dedicated workspace / office / art room, bay window... five mins to incredible Greenwich/Blackheath park, and all amenities nearby. Suitable for a tourist, student, or anyone who desires a place to rest and recharge from the action of London. I'm open to younger people/students as long as you are clean and responsible.
This is a spacious 2 bedroom flat plus office, plus kitchen. I am the only one there.
