Hello! I’m looking for someone to take my room in Southfields in May (specific date is negotiable!).

It’s a bright and spacious double bedroom is available in a 3 bed shared house in Southfields. The house has a homely feel, with a private garden and lovely housemates.

The rent is £930 per month and the bills are £100 per month. The bed, drawers and rail are included in the room too.

It’s a great location that is a 7 minute walk from Southfields tube and close to King George’s Park and Southside.

You’ll be sharing with two friendly female housemates, and we’re looking for someone aged 25–35 who will come and be part of the house.
