Room available in Dalston Works apartment complex, for a sublet 1-2 months starting March 1st.

The room will have most personal possessions cleared out, so you will be free to use all the space, wardrobes, drawers etc as you like. The room is shown in the top picture.

You are free to use the rest of the apartment too, also pictured, which includes balcony, bathroom with shower/bath, kitchen, living room etc. Fully furnished as shown in photos, styled by Conran.

Important - to secure the room I take the first month upfront when we exchange keys - £950, happy to exchange other information like photos of ID etc if you want extra security. Then the next month I'd take whatever you owe me for that month (depending on how long you're staying) on the 1st.
