This lovely large room is located just a 8 minute walk from homerton station.

It comes furnished with a desk, chair, two chest of draws, wardrobe and a mirror on request along with a sofa chair if wanted.
There is one large bathroom and an extra toilet upstairs. There is no living room but a dining table in the kitchen.

you’ll be living with 4 other girls who are aged 20-25 and all students/masters students. They are all very social and like to hang out and have a catch up but also appreciate time alone by themselves. They are all very clean and need the new flatmate to also keep common areas clean however, a cleaner does come once a month.

I’m moving in with my friends from home
so trying to get someone to take over my room, im moving somewhere more convenient for me to get to work and easier access.

The rent is £1,080 a month which includes most bill. Other bills are charged every three months and are around £30ish pound a month.
There is an option to pay a £250 and not pay a deposit but that will need to be arranged otherwise the deposit is £1250.

Move in date is 24th can move in later but that’s when the new contract will need to be started by.

There are some pubs and shops a 7 minute walk away and hackney central is one stop on the overground or a 20 minute walk.
