The space
A lovely single room on the first floor of a terraced house on the historical and sought after Progress estate in Eltham, Greenwich. The room has a single bed, double couch bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair.
Price includes wi-fi, shared bathroom, kitchen, sitting room, conservatory and garden. The Host's two sons live in the house with the family's cat.

Eltham is perfectly situated for shops, gym, cinema and many restaurants and is a 20 min train ride to central London. And yet it has a peaceful, village like atmosphere with a local high street, tree lined roads and is on the green chain walk.
15 mins bus ride to the beautiful old town centres of Greenwich and Blackheath, with craft market, restaurants, cinema and theatre, the Maritime museum, recently renovated Cutty Sark ship, the Observatory and the famous Greenwich meridian.

On 2 bus routes and close to SE Trains, Elizabeth line and Jubilee line, we are 30 minutes from Central London and are also close to the main A2 road which offers easy access to the Kent hop farms and lovely Surrey countryside and Sussex seaside.

Other things to note

The welcome pack with rules and information about living in the house is sent once you book the listing. The cleaning fee covers the first two weeks of stay.

Guests staying longer that two weeks pay £15 a week cleaning fee per couple or £10 per single person.

We don't have locks on doors and have never had an issue with security within the house.
