Large double room in a cosy flat with 2 big gardens (one at the front and at back too). Near to Chatsworth road for cafes, bars and shops (and it's Sunday market), really close to the marshes and victoria park, and a short walk to homerton station (5-10mins)or hackney wick station (10-15mins), buses at the end of the street. Super friendly street that throws street parties twice a year.
Living with me - I own a small % of the flat, so yes technically a landlord... I'm an Australian who works in climate change consulting, been in the UK for a few years now. Pretty chilled out but looking for someone who wants to be a bit sociable and feel like this is their home too!
I work from the office most days, would like to keep the balance so ideal if you don't work from home all the time.
