I am looking for a nice, personable flatmate to join me in a two bedroom flat in the heart of Crystal Palace.

The flat is on 'the Triangle' with many pubs, bars, restaurants and shops on the doorstep. The area has very good transport links with trains, Overground and buses. Getting around London is very easy from here.

The room is available now.

The flat is furnished, however the room only has a wardrobe and a double bed so you will need to bring anything else you want.

I am a clean, quiet and considerate housemate. I work in theatre, and have a part time job at the local craft beer shop where I distill gin. I like to cook and bake, and share the spoils of my work.
