We’re 2 recent Master’s graduates from the London School of Economics and are currently based in London.

We’re tidy, respectful tenants who take pride in maintaining a clean and well-kept home. We’re non-smokers, have no pets and enjoy a relaxed and friendly home environment. In our free time, we like doing Pilates and yoga, exploring the city and occasionally binge-watching the latest series.

We’ve found a lovely flat just a 5-minute walk from Hammersmith station, with a move-in date of 1 May 2026. The flat is a 3 bed / 2 bath and one of the rooms is an ensuite.

The ensuite room is available for £1,550 per month (excluding bills).

We will need to sign the contract this week, so we’re hoping to find someone who would be able to move quickly if it’s a good fit.
