I am looking for someone who takes over my license as quick as possible as I am moving to a studio in April.

The room is placed in a quiet area, the house is renovated offers two toilets, one bathroom and a big kitchen with a sofa.

Groceries and buses are 5 minutes away. Bethnal Green Station is 10-15 minutes away by foot.

The house is rented out through an agent. All flatmates are super nice and between 23-45.

All bills included together with a cleaner that comes bi-weekly.
