My housemate is moving out and I am looking for another housemate to move in 1st August.

My flat is a split-level flat, with the renter's room and en-suite on one level, and the kitchen and lounge and my bedroom+bathroom on the top floor.

It’s in Earlsfield, a 10-minute walk from the station. And a 12 min walk to Southside shopping centre, in Wandsworth.

Parking is available with a permit.

It’s a lovely flat on a nice road.

I am 31 and work in marketing for an events company.

I’m in the office 3 days a week and would ideally like someone who works at the office during the week.
