The apartment is an absolute dream and the current other tenant is a friendly and tidy professional who frequently loves to travel and socialise, but is also very mindful of personal space.

Bills are not included but they come to around 100-150£ per month per person depending on usage

Hearing and gas: ~60-90£ this varies based on usage.
