Looking for someone to fill the second room in my gorgeous 2 bedroom upper floor flat in Brockley. Sadly my current flatmate is moving out and I'm looking for a female flatmate to take her room from April 12th until September 12th (when the current lease ends and I will probably be moving out!).

Rent: £950 + bills

A bit of info about the area:
- 10 min walk to Brockley overground and Nunhead station
- So many cute spots right beside the flat: Telegraph Hill (lots of sunset opportunities), Hill Station Cafe (D4100 pizza), Skehan's (I'm biased but best Irish pub in London), Nunhead cemetery (so nice for walks/runs), Frendsbury Community garden (always takes volunteers), cafes, bakeries etc. etc.
- Lime bike station right outside the flat
- Quiet at night, residential, safe, local/community vibes
