The room is a large double in a well-presented, recently refurbished flat in Southfields: a quiet, village-feel neighbourhood in SW19 that’s brilliantly located. We’re a short walk from Southfields tube (District line), shops, gym, and loads of great independent cafes, bars and restaurants along Replingham Road.

The flat is clean, tidy and shared with friendly working professionals. All bills are included in the rent (£830pcm) including a regular cleaner, which keeps things easy and low-maintenance. There’s good storage in the room and an ensuite bathroom.

We’re ideally looking for someone professional (although will accept employed Masters students), respectful of shared spaces, and easy to live with. The vibe is relaxed, everyone does their own thing but gets along well.

If you’re into tennis, you’ll also appreciate that we’re right on the doorstep of the Wimbledon Championships.
