Our housemate recently moved South so a room has opened up in our spacious wood green home. the room is furnished, has an en suite and gets great light! you would be living with two 29 year olds, and three rescue cats!

Your room will be on the second floor, next door to the second bedroom. The attic on the 3rd floor has been converted to a third bedroom. All the rooms are en suites with a guest bathroom in the living room. The first floor consists of communal spaces; the large living room, kitchen and garden.

Water and wifi bills are included in the price, but electricity and gas is a pay-as -you-go basis. the house is a 7 minute walk from wood green station. Looking for someone to move in asap!
