We have one bedroom available in our gorgeous 3 story home, as one of our current housemates is moving on.

The house was recently renovated and is between Clapham Common/Clapham North and Brixton which makes travel super easy. It has a (really) large kitchen/dining room with glass back doors into a garden.

We’re three 29/31 years olds who are sociable, active and enjoy a glass of wine at home just as much as a pint in the pub. We work a mix from home and the office, but there are 2 office spaces with desks in the house.

Our favorite thing about the house is the garden (Alannah) and the kitchen (Alice), we’ve been here for 4 years and genuinely love it. The house has lots of storage, light and a really really nice bathroom.

We’re renting out:
- Large double bedroom with three and half built in wardrobes with a large bay window

The room comes with a bedframe but requires a mattress (king) and our bills usually come to about £125 a month. Our lease ends in July 2026 but potential to extend.
