Seeking a sociable flatmate to take over my spacious, sunny room < 15 mins walk from Clapham junction station.

Double room with a largedesk and enormous amount of storage space on a quiet street just off St Johns Hill, between Wandsworth town and Clapham Junction.

Spacious house with large open plan living area downstairs opening out onto beautiful sunny garden area with seating and barbeque. Additional storage area for bikes and golf clubs at the front of the house. Parking available via permit (£250 per year) from Wandsworth Council.

You will be sharing with Albin (31), Joe (35) and Sean. All are very easy going, conscientious and great to live with. They all have busy careers and lives but we found time to visit The Alma (excellent local pub) once a week or so to catch up.

Relatively flexible regarding move-in date.

£1300 due 1st of every month
- £1,115 Rent + Bills £185 (water, gas & electricity, council tax, tv license, Virgin Media Package, cleaner included)
