We hope this message finds you well (and not battling a mountain of laundry or an angry landlord!)

We have a bright and spacious double room up for grabs in our home – it comes with a queen-size bed fit for royalty (or at least someone who likes to starfish in their sleep), and two large wardrobes that could probably fit Narnia inside!

The room has two lovely windows that let in lots of natural light, and there’s access to a sunny garden – perfect for summer lounging, pretending you’re into gardening, or just escaping Zoom meetings.

We’re tucked just behind Borough Market, in a quiet spot that’s still only 2 minutes from the Thames and Tate Modern, and 5 minutes from London Bridge stations (yes, Zone 1 – miracles do happen).

You’ll be sharing a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, plus the joy of a downstairs toilet – ideal for avoiding chaotic bathroom schedules.

Wi-Fi is strong (good enough for streaming, doom-scrolling, or pretending to work), and all bills are included – so no scary surprises there.

This isn’t a party house or a mega flatshare with 6 strangers who steal your milk. It’s a comfy, warm, and homely place. We like a bit of conversation and the odd shared meal or cuppa, but also really value peace, quiet, and personal space.

Our cat Baggins, 13 years young, also lives here. He’s charming, affectionate, and quite picky about head pats – basically a furry flatmate with opinions. So liking cats (or at least not being allergic to them) is a must.

We’re looking for someone kind, tidy, respectful, and who doesn’t leave dishes “to soak” for three days 😜
