The front door and hallway is shared with the main house but once inside the room it is self contained. The main house is occupied by a professional couple, a friend and a friendly cat.

The house is located on the upper side of Ruskin Park. It is only 10 mins walk to Loughborough Junction, Herne Hill and Denmark Hill stations, and a short bus ride to Brixton. It is also only a short walk across the park to Kings College Hospital so would suit someone working at the hospital.

We are looking for a quiet, tidy and friendly person, ideally to rent the room for a minimum 12 months and occasionally to feed the cat..

Rent £1000/month, inclusive of council tax and bills.
