I’m looking to rent my beautiful bedroom in my flat out, 1-4 nights a week Monday to Friday.

The rent will be between £500-£850 depending on number of nights needed per month and requirements. Happy to chat through what will work best for you!

This would be perfect for a hybrid or office professional who travels into London during the week and is at the office during the day. Ideally I’d share the flat with another woman as you’d be sharing the bathroom with me but open to all genders for the right fit!

I’m a 34 yr old professional who works in education, I enjoy a cheeky mid week pint, gigs, a cosy telly night, festivals, exploring galleries etc, a boogie at the weekend

I’m renting a room out with no kitchen or living room access as this is a one bedroom flat hence the cheap price. Happy to discuss price and number of days and work out what works for the right person! I have a very cute cat called Wu who will also be in the flat, so cat lovers preferred! She loves a cuddle and is very social.

I’ll provide a kettle, toaster and microwave in the room as needed, we can discuss what will work for you. There is ample space to hang clothes and a dressing table in the room as well as a TV! I can provide bedding and the bed is super comfortable, a really fab mattress!

This would be single occupancy only.
