Double room in bermondsey flat. Looking to leave to be closer to my office.

The rent is £750 all bills included. The house is professionally cleaned bi-weekly so there is no set rota for cleaning. That being said it is a clean place.

The room can be sublet for one month and then you are free to extend indefinetely. This is a very simple process of just letting the landlord know and signing a new contract. The full contract is a 3 month minimum stay after which it becomes rolling (2 weeks notice to leave).

The room is ideal for someone who is fairly independent.
