After a wonderful year and a half, I’ve decided to move back home to Dublin so we’re looking for someone to move into my room by the 6th of April.

The house is on quite a quiet residential road just off the main part of Tooting Broadway, with a shared bathroom, living room and back patio.

The room is furnished with a bed, large built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers with ample space for a desk if you have one!

We’re a friendly and sociable household who are happy to have a good chat when we see each other but are just as happy to leave you to do your own thing.

Bills come to around £150 a month and are handled via Splitwise. Cleaning is done via weekly rota. The deposit is £924.
