I’m looking for someone to take over my room from April 8th (flexible) to May 31st. This would be an official lease takeover with the landlord, with the option to renew afterwards.

The room comes fully furnished and is in a 4-bedroom flat located in a quiet residential area, just a 5-minute walk from Old Street Station (Northern Line) - super convenient for getting around and only a 10-minute walk from Regent’s Canal / Shoreditch Park. It’s also close to M&S, Tesco, Aldi, and Lidl (all at 5-10 min walk)

You’ll be living with 2 Aussies and 1 Kiwi which are all very friendly and easygoing people!! We enjoy spending time together but also respect each other’s space and independence.
