My wife and I are looking to rent out a large ensuite double room in our 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom flat from 20 April.
It's fully furnished in a tasteful manner - we used to live there when we were working in London full time.
I am 37 and my wife 35 - we live in the Midlands with our children running a family business but I need to be in London for work every two weeks or so.
You would effectively have exclusive use of the whole flat apart from when I stay the odd night.

- Rent: £2300 per month (plus bills) for single occupancy. £2800 for double occupancy. This is on basis of a long-term let.
