Hello,

I am looking for someone to take my room from April/May.

The room is large (around 20 square meters), bright (south-facing), and quiet. It is one of the 6 rooms of the house.

The house is located in Archway, at a 5 minutes walk from the tube station. It is fully furnished, has a kitchen, a dining room, two bathrooms, a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer, and a large garden at the back.

Currently, most tenants are students between 20 and 25. However, everyone is welcome to join (as long as you keep in mind that non-students will have to pay for the council tax).

The price per month is £765 + around £60 bills per month in winter.
