I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely, welcoming flat as I’ll be moving back home.

The flat is available from May 7th, 2026 - September 7th, 2026 (with an option to extend if you wish)

The room is the largest in the flat, offering plenty of space to make it your own. You’ll be sharing a bathroom and living with two friendly female students in their 20s who are easygoing, respectful, and enjoy spending time together so it’s a really nice, social but still calm environment.

Location: 5-6 minute walk to Whitechapel station - hammersmith & city, district & elizabeth lines, overground.

Main bus stop - 4 minute walk

The flat itself has a lot of character:
• A beautiful kitchen with a cosy cabin-lodge feel
• A living room we’ve decorated over time, making it feel very homely and lived-in

We’re ideally looking for someone who is:
• Clean and tidy
• Considerate of shared spaces
• Friendly and respectful of others

Bills: Not included, but typically around £74/month (including WiFi)

This is a great space if you’re looking for somewhere that already feels like home rather than just a place to stay.
