I'm looking for someone to share my 2-bed flat. It's a short walk from Canning Town station (Jubilee and DLR) or little bit further to Custom House (Elizabeth and DLR) - so it's easy to get to Canary Wharf, the City, Central London, Excel London and City Airport. The immediate area is calm and residential, but there are shops downstairs and bars, restaurants and bigger supermarkets in Canning Town and Royal Docks a short walk away, plus a lido, gyms, bouldering, wakeboarding and the cable car over to the 02.
The top-floor flat itself is quiet, modern, open and bright, with expansive views to the south and west. The room is big enough to comfortably fit a double bed and a desk. There's no en-suite, but just the two bedrooms anyway. There's 5G WiFi, a dishwasher, a washer-dryer, and a TV with various subscriptions.
I usually work from home, though I'm away a week per month for work, and would likely stay at my boyfriend's some of the time, so you'd get the whole flat to yourself fairly often.
I'd be up for going out for drinks/food/cinema/theatre/sport together if you're interested, but I'm also happy enough keeping to myself if you prefer.
Short-term lets welcome, but at a slightly higher rate.
